Consecutively managed up to eight programs, ranging in contract value from $360K to $11.6M – with a mix of technologies, build to print hinges, deployable booms, and Solar Array wings for satellites and each at different phases of the program life cycle.• Managed the largest solar array program that the company had built up to that time from design through delivery using successful teamwork, risk management, detailed scheduling and customer relationships. • Significantly improved the hinge production programs by streamlining the processes and teamwork. This created a satisfied customer and many new contracts with a 30% profit base.• Worked closely with sub tier contracts in order to receive compliant products on time and on or under budget. These subcontracts ranged from $100K to $5M depending on the program.• Created compliant cost proposals by managing a proposal team made up of different functional participants. Proposals ranged from $300K to $20M. Participated in the negotiations of the proposals that the company won.• Created detailed cost estimates by resource type and work breakdown structure for programs. These values were re-assessed on a monthly basis for work accomplished and hours/dollars spent• Managed several small solar array and coilable boom programs ($3M to $6M) to on time deliveries and within budget. This was done with successfully teamwork, detailed scheduling, risk management, cost control and customer releationships.• Achieved 100% flight success on all delivered programs

Integrated Product Team Lead (IPT) of the Electronics team for a development program of an imaging instrument. Team consisted of approximately 40 people from different disciplines.• Provided the customer with the necessary financial information by using earned value, variance reporting, detailed schedules and detailed cost estimating tools and practices. • The imaging instrument was completed successfully and is currently operating successfully in space.
