Welcome to my LinkedIn! I have worked in customer service for 10 years, and during that time I was studying as a full-time student to gain my BS in Diplomacy and Int’l Relations at Seton Hall University. The skills developed during those ten years have developed my interpersonal skills and I was able to transfer and develop further during my academic career. My time at Seton Hall helped me develop my skills in strategic conflict resolution, critical thinking, legal research, and economic analysis. It has helped me become a vigorous independent worker and successful in group work. The courses I have taken helped me navigate business discussions during my time as an Exec. Assistant at The New World of Logistics Co. During my time there, I navigated the success of the company by operating the COO’s day-to-day. I have a background in finance through retail banking, where I used my customer service experience to develop lasting relationships with clients and ensure the security of their accounts through thorough compliance training. One word to describe me would be adaptable because of my efforts to take on any changes and challenges introduced to me throughout my work-life experiences. I am looking to become a part of a company where I can develop and grow with them for the foreseeable future. I am fluent in Spanish and English which allows me to connect to twice the amount of people in the world and am currently working on learning French and American Sign Language. I am interested in helping individuals develop a voice of their own, and hope my efforts to work in national security or as a legal assistant will allow me to do so.
