I orchestrate the training process for over 115 Dunkin' Donuts locations for 5 Directors across New England. In my role, I utilize my certifications as an instructor for the American Red Cross and instructor/ proctor of ServSafe Food Safety for the National Restaurant Association. I am a trainer because I know that success depends upon people., and that is.

As a TSM, I trained managers for the company in a Training Store. During my short tenure at Wendy's, I opened a new location, which attained "SPARKLE" certification within 30 days of opening, and assisted with the opening of a second location. My team and I developed new managers, while maintaining operational excellence in a high volume location.

Began my career as a manager for a franchisee, then continued to grow as a Restaurant Manager for the corporation. I worked with Registered Applicants who were preparing to become franchisees. Training was my area of expertise.
