On the Navy Space Adversary Team, my journey as a SATCOM Operator and Project Manager has been marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence in client-centric solutions, operations, playbooks, and processes. This role has harnessed my expertise in managing communication systems and developing strategic training for the Department of the Navy, emphasizing the importance of operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. With skills in program management and learning and development strategies, my professional ethos revolves around enabling teams to navigate and excel in contested environments. The collaboration with USN and Space Forces, and the use of innovative tools has led to the implementation of effective training for understanding EMI, which have significantly contributed to the Navy's readiness and operational capabilities.
