Assigned to Westinghouse Corporate office for ASME Section III program development for domestic Westinghouse AP1000 reactor installations. Collaborated with corporate and site disciplines and departments to develop an integrated program to ensure appropriate corporate-level oversight throughout the various phases of engineering design, procurement, fabrication, installation and testing of ASME Section III components and systems.

Assigned to the Civil discipline's Equipment Seismic Qualification (ESQ) group for a nuclear plant completion project for a major energy provider in the Southeast. Developed and implemented process strategies and training materials and supervised a team that supported compilation and update of Master Equipment List (MEL) data for ESQ (safety- and quality-related) components. Interfaced with management teams (client and contractor) and regulators to justify strategic approaches used for ESQ data collection. Actively promoted the Human Perfomance Program. Served on multidiscipline process improvement teams.Conducted self-assessments for the ESQ group and Civil discipline. Served as Corrective Action Program Coordinator and held other HU roles for ESQ and Civil as needed.Transferred to the Mechanical discipline. Drafted an ASME Section III process flow chart and compiled sample packages for use during ASME Section III precertification audits. Researched ASME Section III component histories and compiled data used for ASME certification purposes. Ensured ASME Section III data completeness on a system basis to support system turnover.Transferred to the I&C discipline to support MEL completion for the entire component scope. Revised the MEL procedure.
