Worked with a UT Dallas Biological Sciences professor and a team at UT Southwestern to publish an anal cancer review paper. Tasks included:- Researching cancer literature for relevant studies and data.- Brainstorming possible correlations with recent anal cancer trends, such as lifestyle risk factors and comorbidities.- Downloading all anal cancer case listings from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database and writing R code to extract and analyze patterns in the data.- Integrating data from other studies to support proposed correlations.

Designed, built, and managed a subscription-based community paper-crafting web site. Created all content, including designing artwork, recording, video editing, photography, and articles. Acquired over 45,000 subscribers on YouTube with over 4.5M views. The site contained 975 articles, 751 personally-created videos, and over 28,000 comments.
