  Managed the opening of a new TireHub branch to service Washington D.C. and Southern Maryland markets. I collaborated with the National Facilities Manager to ensure a successful opening. Additionally, I hired and fully trained new employees; organized initial product shipments into the new warehouse; and established a trusted presence in a new market.I manage all daily operations. I ensure all KPI requirements are met for my location. I am forklift certified. I oversee safety in the warehouse ensuring OSHA requirements are met. I conduct team meetings and 1 on 1 performance reviews to ensure compliance. In this role I am responsible for team e-learning compliance. Under my leadership, my team is 100% compliant in all education requirements. I ensure that product is loaded efficiently and effectively to meet customer satisfaction. I work cross-functionally with sales, inventory and transportation to meet service objectives. I collaborate with 3PL as needed to ensure service levels are maintained. I manage on-hand inventory to prevent stagnant inventory levels and promote inventory turns. I oversee physical inventories. I manage an in-house fleet of 10 vehicles and building maintenance for a 50,000 Sq warehouse. I am proficient in WMS systems and serve as an in house WMS trainer. Awards:For my diligent management opening the Washington D.C. warehouse, I was awarded TireHub's "Adventurous" Hubber of the Year Award for the Operations Team.Service Champion 2023 Northeast Region.
