I partner with internal stakeholders to prioritize and manage the System Engineering portfolio and help lead the team to execute against quarterly OKRS. I develop roadmaps, architecture and tooling approaches including identity and access management, endpoint management, and system administration.I implement agile processes and best practices to optimize team project delivery and operational excellence. I manage escalations, blockers, and operational intake for the team.

I led the service development, architecture, project portfolio and operations for corporate Identity and access management across the organization. Responsible for developing automations and services that met compliance (SOC I/II, SOX, GDPR) obligations, performed high availability and service resiliency, and reduced the company’s risk posture.

As an early pre-IPO company hire, I helped lead the development and growth of IT infrastructure programs and teams including global IT support operations, system administration, corporate networking, VoIP, endpoint management, AV, identity and access management and global office expansions.
