With the acquisition of TechHealth by One Call Care Management in 2011, I continue in my role as Pharmacy Director and Regulatory support. In February 2015 I accepted the role of Director of Operations for the Dental + Doctor operations along with my pharmacy duties.

TechHealth was acquired by One Call Care Management in 2011.The dual role as the director of the pharmacy program and product development demonstrates my ability to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously. • Responsible for overall operations of TechHealth Pharmacy Program. Work in close collaboration with the designated Pharmacy Benefit Management team to develop an environment that promotes excellence in clinical practice, regulatory readiness/compliance, and customer satisfaction, while striving for optimal efficiency and productivity of all resources• Responsible for creating and continually developing TechHealth products such as the PT Progress, TechRx, Pharmacy newsletter and Medicare Set-Aside program. Continually review and enhance processes, system and work tools to minimize cost, time and errors while increasing quality and service• Created a learning and motivational environment through effective use of coaching, mentoring and positive reward recognition techniques• Maintain dynamic relationships with multiple large and small client• Created client level pharmacy presentations to provide overview of pharmacy services• Collaborated in a company-wide “Task Force” which included key participants to identify opportunities for process and productivity improvement and to implement solutions. Successfully lead a team of 30+ staff to complete 32,000 utilization reviews annually with a 99 percent compliance with jurisdictional turnaround times. Developed processes that increased production from 9 reviews to 12-15 review per day by each nurse.
