• Process and handle subpoenas served on the campus; including review, direct and coordinate appropriate document response to each subpoena • Obtain, organize, review, and redact all documents gathered in response to each subpoena, prepare the affidavit for signature as required • Meet strict deadlines; work with multiple University Departments and outside law firms in a professional manner and exercise confidentiality; maintain subpoena files and log• Communicate regular subpoena status reports • Special projects as assigned by supervisors such as : aiding in handling vehicle and fine arts insurance for all UCI departments

• Staffed the reception desk, answered phone calls, sent emails, answered general questions and referred students to appropriate office staff, made community resource reservations such as key loans and moving carts. • Administrative Support - General filing of paperwork, copied, and researched information as needed. Special projects as assigned by supervisors.• Data entry: accurately inputted & updated resident’s information, entered work orders, and vehicle registrations, etc. into an online system. • Prepared move-in/move-out files and going over the processes with residents.

- Increased research and writing skills from the projects given by supervisor- Researched topics like EPA Greenpower, Clean Water Act, Green Infrastructure Funding, tertiary process information, which they could use for creating a uniform code for all water treatment facilities. - Located the coastal wastewater outfalls in California and inputted the data into an excel sheet. - Wrote a research paper on the implementation of parks/open spaces in residential areas and it’s benefits.

• Communication skills built by responding to citizens’ zoning questions or while collecting payments for their applications in either English or Spanish, at the counter or through email.• Handled and scanned different application forms such as home occupations, permits, zoning clearances and performing data entry on these forms. • While I shadowed the planners in the department, we reviewed site plans and sat in Development Advisory Board (DAB) meetings with planners and other members of a project. • Increased my knowledge and mastery of the following programs: PermitPlus, GIS Interactive Map, and Google Maps.
