Responsibilities:-Manage Perch POs from order placement to order shipment-Work with manufacturers to make sure they are adhering to internal process requirements. -Work with manufactures on exception handling communications (production delays, shipment delays, documentation errors, etc). Drive issues to resolution.-Enter product and supplier data using internal data system -Support general manufacturer email outreach and exception handling, both scheduled and ad hoc.2023 Highlights:- Managed 20 key supplier relationships in Home & Kitchen, Toys, and Medical Device categories.- Delivered 79 POs from PO placement to shipment, a total of $1.2M worth of goods. - Improved the median order to ship days from 80 days to 48 days. - Led a centralized workflow to contact 3-way shipping document audits, audited 785 shipments to prevent receiving mismatched shipments. - Spearheaded a company-wide effort to update packaging artwork files for 1,400 products.

● Prioritize and process all in-house shipping orders including ocean/air freight, reefer containers by engaging to local shipping lines and freight forwarders.● Communicate with freight forwarders to ensure accurate and timely document legalization.● Communicate with customers or Engagement Managers( remote employees from 80+ different countries) to arrange shipments for each order as required.● Build freight forwarders' networks in Tridge system● Manage Engagement Managers by reviewing daily projects and solving any raised issues from them● Enhance operations systems by determining project handling and managing requirements; develop implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures.● Work closely with the Engineering & Product team to set up and enhance the operational works.
