I have excelled in this goal as a Solar Energy Consultant and in Resort Real Estate Development Sales, Consulting, Management and Training. Motivating and directing sales agents and staff has been the focus of the vast majority of my career. I have a proven track record of leading teams in meeting and exceeding sales goals set by corporate executives, while maintaining a healthy, productive, happy and cohesive team. I was the first female Solar Energy Consultant at P.A. Harris Electric to sell $1M in a year. Created and led solar energy photovoltaic system trainings for Realtors and Real Estate Brokerages.In General Real Estate, I sold Homes, Condos, Land, and Townhomes. I was also involved in Property Management, Concierge Services, Vacation and Long term rentals. Nominated for The American Resort Development Association (ARDA) award in 1999 for the best Sales Director of a medium sized project. Won nationwide employee satisfaction awards for Hilton Grand Vacations, Intrawest Resortsand Shell Vacations. So, what do I want to do now you may ask? I moved from Hawaii to Southern California October 2019 to be closer to my daughter and new son-in-law. I am not seeking to obtain a management position at this point in my career. The most important aspect of any new position will be the culture within the company. I want to use my selling and people skills to make money and have alot of fun doing it!
