As a Clinical Systems Analyst III for Acute Care and Emergency Department clinicians, I am responsible for all aspects of application support to include but not limited to: lead design and analysis, application configuration, testing, system documentation, troubleshooting and end user training. Assist department management in use of assigned applications to assist with maximizing department performance and management decision-making. Team lead in the creation and execution of deployment tasks, clinical workflow interpretation, and participate in EHR application build, testing and support. Advise on educational issues, including cross-training of team members and end-users. Lead trainer for Nuance (Dragon) software to improve provider efficiency during documentation and order entry. Collaborate with Administrative leadership, providers, nurses and ancillary departments to identify system requirements and troubleshoot functionality issues within the system. Updates key stakeholders with information related to the project. Provide support and training to end users related to EHR updates and system changes. I am designated as a subject matter expert for Clinical IT resource for third party systems.

Coordinated and supervised patient care for Medical/Surgical/Orthopedic Unit.Supervision of nursing staff including overseeing and scheduling of nurses and care partners to ensure adequate staffing.Direct involvement with annual staff performance reviews, hiring process and responsibility delegation.

Serve as staff nurse caring for patients with acute illnesses, including acute congestive heart failure, acute myocardial infraction, drug overdose, respiratory failure, and post surgical patients. Promote health and support patients and families in coping with illness. Working with Nurse Educators to provide in-services and updates of new products and programs for staff.
