    As Executive General Manager of Fuji Xerox, I managed 6 large scale people programs for business transformation that saw the offshoring of supply chain, outsourcing of the logistics arm and the integration of the Upstream business into Fuji Xerox Australia and the rationalisation of multiple warehouse sites close down. This was done in a compressed time frame but was critical for realised earnings in the FY19 financial year. Although commercially it was strategically required and necessary, all staff were handled with integrity and care. I managed complex Unions discussions and negotiations, over 300 redundancies or 15% of the overall headcount that were impacted and there was no Union actions, FWA complaints or delay in activities.I managed a large team and ring fenced experts in Change Management and Industrial Relations for these projects.My overall team consisted of 27 HR professionals, spanning all functions and including Facilities Management.
