At the end of the day, I am all about people whether that be customers or coworkers. With more than 5 years of Retail Management experience, I have gained an impactful amount of knowledge to assist in running a company. Currently I work for H-E-B as a Lead Manager in the Central Checkout Department in San Antonio, Texas. Here, I'm currently directing a few projects to lead our department into a successful path not only to satisfy our customers, and partners but also our company and what they expect from us. With enthusiasm and passion I inspire and motive our partners to reach the best of their abilities in what their roles ask of them. I aspire to create impactful relationships with returning customers as well as coworkers, and mentors. My skillset includes cash flow management, projected sales, process improvements, setting and implementing policies, adaptability, problem-solving, time management and planning. Previously, I gained extensive management knowledge and experience by working for Spirit Halloween seasonal stores for 6 years. Here, I led our staff in performing memorable customer service, strategic planning, driving financial strategies, as well as delivering results that more than exceed target revenue and profits.
