In this capacity, she is the primary staff member within the residential college responsible for supporting and enhancing the undergraduate residential and co-curricular experience of students across all four years. With 18 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Cepin previously held the role of Associate Director of Residential Life at Columbia University, where she was responsible for strategic planning and assessment in one of the largest residential areas, focusing on fostering an inclusive campus environment.Dr. Cepin holds a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Adult Learning & Leadership and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. A forward-thinking educator, she integrates advanced strategies in emotional intelligence, coaching, and self-management into her leadership practice.
