The Division Administrator III plays a key role in the success of the company. The primary focus is on Human Resources with additional tasks involving the Accounting Department, Recruiting and IT. Many tasks are project-based but also include supporting the day-to-day operations of these divisions.•Scheduling attendees, managing agendas and keeping the minutes of senior management and administrative meetings.•Creating and disseminating the content of a variety of human resource metrics reports.•Processing purchase requests and creating purchase orders for approvals.•Managing employee vehicle documents, including insurance and driver's licenses.•Onboarding tasks, such as document verification and storage.•Ordering background checks and scheduling drug screens.•Off-boarding tasks include barring access to software, revoking security tokens, and communicating with termed employees to arrange for the return of their company-owned equipment.•Creating and posting social media content recognizing employee acquisitions and promotions.•Aiding the marketing department with graphic design consultation, as needed.•Developing new process documents and updating older versions to current branding guidelines.•Converting forms to fillable pdfs for improved transfer and storage processes.•Maintaining records and reports.•Facility seating management and multi-office security such as key fob and alarm code assignments.•Providing Notary Public services as needed.

This basically entails managing all the inputs from editorial, advertising and art departments... The pieces that must be coordinated to bring together a polished, finished product on a tight deadline. Components of this include:•Planning the annual production schedule and collaborating with the print provider.•Implementing and controlling the production schedule.•Meeting each and every deadline.•Managing page layout and advertisement placement for best results.•Coordinating with the sales team for order implementation and fulfillment.•Creating and implementing standard operating procedures for production.•Ensuring that standard operating procedures are adhered to.•Setting quality standards and requirements for both sales team and client provided artwork.•Implementing and enforcing quality control and tracking programs to meet objectives.•Detecting and correcting all issues.•Determining and implementing improvements to the production process.•Monitoring the performance of internal processes and create strategic improvements.•Overseeing graphic design, marketing and social media outlet strategies.
