Handling reservation, receiving calls, emails & fax, updating all necessary request in the system for guest preference, and replying all emails, extranet requests that it was acknowledged and noted.

• Answering internal and external phone calls. • Directing calls to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard.• Receiving guest messages and deliver the same to the guest.• Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up call services.• Provides information about hotel services to guests.• Assists in reporting telephone equipment or service complaints and problems.• Open and close telephone functionality on the hotel front office software.• Keeping records of calls placed and received by all departments.• Updating directory information on the front office software.• Welcoming guests to the hotel in a polite, friendly and helpful manner.• Assisting guest according to their inquiry, needs, and complaints.• Doing the check in and checkout procedures. • Taking payment from guests in the form of cash or credit cards. • Taking ID’s/ passport for scanning and updating in the system.• Answering telephone inquiries promptly & professionally & transferring calls on.• Coordinates room status updating with the housekeeping department by notification housekeeping of all check outs, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and day use rooms.• Making room keys.• Reporting any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager or assistant manager.• Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.• Attending duties on day shift, afternoon shift and night shift.
