Responsible for managing all aspects of a Firestone Complete Auto Care facility to include; talent acquisition, sales, inventory, Unit Sales Goals, Customer Service and Satisfaction, growth, marketing and brand management.

Serves as the primary operational point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the Project Manager. Provides superior service through uncompromising leadership and diligent fiscal management. Serves as the primary corporate spokesperson for the operation of the projects. Develops productivity and efficiency models for each project and briefs monthly. Assures all projects meet or exceeds established Quality Standards• Conducts quarterly visits to each contract site in assigned region and conducts productivity• Visits the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative to receive customer feedback• Provides marketing information for the region to the Business Development Director• Assures each project site is in compliance with all safety and environmental regulations• Assures all violations are reported and investigated• Assures all sites implement Equal Employment Opportunity Program’s goals and objectives• Strives for zero significant injuries, incidents or time loss.

Second in command of Turner Machine Company, Direct report to the President and CEO. Overall responsible for ensuring CEO's Vision, Company Objectives are achieved and Policies/ Procedures are adhered to. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Develop and maintain professional Customer Relations. - Responsible for on time delivery of projects. - Responsible for breaking projects down to the basic steps in order to expose potential road blocks and challenges. Develop contingency plans for potential road blocks and challenges that will jeopardize on time project delivery.- Responsible for keeping projects within budget throughout the project. Communicate written expectations and goals to team members and follow up on progress. Use company database to pull labor and purchased reports to track project profitability.- Develop and maintain Gantt Chart Timelines with MS Project. Project Manager must maintain and update Project Timelines. Must coordinate timeline with department managers to fit in departmental schedules. Other duties include sending customer updated timeline and scheduling meetings well in advance.- Responsible for keeping projects within the contracted scope of work. Must have all project details and requirements organized in a “project book” with other required Project Management documents.- Develop milestones for customers; gain customer’s written approval at significant milestones throughout the project.- Responsible for ensuring equipment or tooling is performing to the defined parameters prior to an internal run off with the customer.- Oversee each project in accordance with Turner Machine’s policies and procedures.- Responsible for professional development, counseling, training and performance of individual team members and their subordinate employees.
