- Coordinate among the departments and Project Manager to ensure the EOR projects can be implemented especially the activities in the field- In 2011 , will implement Cyclic Steam Stimulation (CSS) in Basma Field (July 2011) and Water Flood Project in Simsim Field (December 2011).- Project was postponed

- Plans, directs and supervises Production activities within the Karim Small Field (KSF) to reach KPI align with Healthy, Safety and Environment concern.- Maintain the production by minimizing the oil deferment and down time- As a Responsible Supervisor for the co-ordination of work, authorising all permits and for worksite examination before authorisation- As a Field Coordinator for external communication in the fields especially for emergency purpose- Supervises Production Supervisor, Field Programmer, Production Technologist and Field Operators- Prepare work program and budget in operation, manage and control operation budget- Responsible for New well projects as cover engineering design for Downhole, Beam pump, PCP, surface and subsurface Artificial materials.- Report to Operation Manager

- Responsible for all Wells performance by monitoring via Fieldware Program (SCADA system)- Conducting, scheduling and Quality control of well testing (Fieldware Program)- Proposed candidate wells for well servicing - Design and optimization Beam Pump, PCP and ESP wells

- Responsible for all maintenance and support activities - Supervision and co-ordinator of 4 Section (Supervisor), Electrical, Mechanical, Pumping and Pump Shop, Road & Transport- Ensure the performance of the maintenance can reach KPI with the safe manner.- Budget planning and controlling

- Responsible for Production,Facilities and Well Service Engineering in the Field- Troubleshooting wells and facilities problems- Chemical injection optimization (Demulsifier, water clarifier )- Design & Optimization Beam Pump, PCP and ESP wells

- 1st Six months, induction (class room) for Oil and Gas activities (include Production Facilities, Drilling / Work Over, Reservoir, etc.)- 2nd Six Months, Field orientation to all fields in PT Medco E&P Indonesia, Kaji – Lirik Field
