Responsible to manage the optimal PMA Parts usage for Garuda Indonesia and Citilink fleets, as a commitment for operational efficiency purposes. Establish a strong relationship with potential PMA vendors around the world.

- Perform all Development Engineer functions.- Directs and monitors functional engineering departments or other units progress on assigned Engineering project- Prepare and/or check documentation as necessary to satisfy customer, company and regulatory requirements- Speciality in Airbus A320/A330 Avionics and Systems- Perform Mentoring to Development Engineer- Work to quickly resolve Avionics and Systems problems- Experience working on commercial aircraft completions or modifications- Develop, evaluate and report preventive/predictive Maintenance and also review the effectivess of improvement program.

- Provide technical advice & guidance for Airbus A320/A330 Avionics/Systems related problems on daily A/C operation.- Provide assistance for implementation of the solution- Provide engineering evaluation for Airworthiness Directive and Manufacturer/Vendor publication (Service Bulletin)- Issue instructions (EO’s) and documents to economically support operations and return aircraft to service in a safe, airworthy, and timely manner.Develop and/or obtain approved data, acceptable data, and Alternate Methods of Compliance (AMOCs) for repairs, alterations, and modifications- Perform Maintenance Program change proposal- Perform Aircraft performance monitoring- Evaluate alternate changes/configuration of component/part and Dispatch Deficiency Guide (DDG).

- Perform download flight Data from various media (FDR, CVR, QAR & Memory Card) and/or condition (on wing and off wing)- Perform flight data readout and analysis- Develop FDR data frame- Perform Real-time monitoring and parameter checking- Manage data on the datalink server
