The firm provides independent valuations of complex and alternative investments to Investment Banks, Pension Funds and Data Providers. As an Independent Non-Executive Director, I bring a wealth of expertise to both the Funds and broader Financial Services sectors. I hold roles such as Chair of the Skyline ICAV umbrella UCITS platform and INED for the Galtymore Partners ICAV, an Alternative Investment Fund investing in European rolling stock. Additionally, I serve as the independent member of the IQ-EQ valuation forum, a group overseeing all valuation processes and queries for a portfolio of over €25 billion. - Expert in asset valuation processes, their associated regulatory requirements and a founding partner of a leading specialist valuations firm. - Proven track record of effective leadership in complex problem-solving and relationship management within the boardroom. - Extensive knowledge of Risk Management across multiple disciplines including Cyber risk, Operational / Infrastructure risk, and Liquidity risks. - Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MiFID, UCITS and AIFMD, including regulatory approval processes, and ongoing engagement with regulatory authorities. - Extensive knowledge of ESG taxonomy and SFDR requirements, underpinning my interest and commitment to sustainable investment practices.I am currently PCF-2A, PCF-2B and PCF-3 approved by the Central Bank of Ireland. I hold a BSc in Industrial Microbiology from University College Dublin an MSc in Finance and Treasury from Dublin City University and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (IoD). I am an active member of the IoD and the Irish Fund Directors Association (IFDA).
