● Collaborate with multi-campus service programming department and the lead pastor toorchestrate, implement, and evaluate services for the Henry County campus.● Create culturally relevant worship environments that engage people to want to come back.● Program unforgettable experiences where attendees are engaged, involved and challenged.● Produce the worship service and train others to produce.● Recruit, schedule, delegate, and develop a team of production volunteers.● Lead the morning schedule and weekly pre-service production meetings.● Oversee the cleanliness, presence, and maintenance of the auditorium, including stage.● Create a plan for the auditorium while consulting with the Technical Director on equipment.● Help plan and produce other special events for the church.● Oversee the campus budget for service programming.● Coordinate load in/load out and oversee the facility set up/tear down team.
