This included creating short form video content from podcast segments, designing and updating thumbnails, developing a content strategy, performing creative audits, researching trends, and reporting analytics. My responsibilities in regards to data included measuring CTR, views, engagement, watch time, retention, subscriber growth, etc. to meet company goals and expectations. The content I generated was also used on Meta's platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The goal was to create content that resonated with the Burn audience and created value for them as well as the audience we were trying to attract.

I am responsible for managing the creative output for the entire agency from concept to launch. Bemani Lounge was a retro gaming store and online brand that I was part owner of as well as brand manager and creative director. This included a brick and mortar gaming store, an online community, a competitive trading card game team, an online e-commerce business that sold secondary market cards and games, as well as a budding social media presence.

I created Bemani Lounge's brand & brand identity, content, and all creative assets. My primary focus was maintaining the brand's identity and messaging across all channels, community management and growth, managing a team of videographers and content creators, as well as managing our social media marketing efforts.
