- Assist in expanding data collection tools and guides for program evaluation of a special emergency grant supporting the food and nutrition security of 20,000 essential workers in low and middle-income countries- Conduct country-specific background research to provide cultural context for in-depth data collection and evaluation of the program implementation- Create a deductive and analytical codebook to support a cross-country program evaluation - Develop a final summative analysis report to present to key food and nutrition program stakeholders

- Provided technical and logistical support to the 2020 Coalition for Operational Research on Neglected Tropical Diseases (COR-NTD) annual meeting by assisting with multiple and diverse event software systems including 6Connex, Cvent, CrowdCompass, Google Workspace, and Smartsheet- Coordinated submissions and designed the 2020 COR-NTD Photo Gallery which highlighted the fieldwork of partner programs- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and distribute surveys to presenters, organizers, and attendees, using the Survey Monkey platform to gather relevant feedback that will aid in enhancing the user experience for future COR-NTD Meetings - Compiles meeting statistics and comprehensively presents relevant data to the NTD Support Center staff and key donors

- Critically reviewed, assisted in the approval, and managed early childhood education content, that promoted comprehensive education and provided strategies for improved teaching techniques, which resulted in over a 100 available sessions to administrators, teachers, and parents at the 2017 Annual National Head Start Conference and over 60 sessions at the 2017 Parent & Family Engagement Conference- Cultivated a comprehensive experience with minimal institutional history for 3 national conferences/institutes ranging in 1,500 to 4,000 attendees, which began a major change in the direction of the content presented to the organization’s membership- Provided logistical support for internal programming of organizational staff and the coordination of external national conferences which increased productivity and the efficiency of the deliverable outcomes for the organization - Efficiently generated quarterly and annually expense reports totaling in over $1 million and closed out the reports to be approved by management

- Conducted policy research in the office of Congressman Wm. Lacy Clay, based in the field of healthcare, urban development, and financial services targeted on improving the communities and well-being of marginalized populations - Processed and responded to daily oral/written concerns and requests of constituents from Missouri’s 1st Congressional District, in order to ensure that needs and concerns of constituents were being addressed in an adequate amount of time● Attended Congressional hearings related to housing, health care, and transportation in order to acquire further knowledge regarding the current state of public policy ● Drafted Congressional briefings and memos focused on urban development and mobilization, access to healthcare, and various other constituent specific requests
