Responsible for recruiting though database and direct hires, including: reviewing resumes, conducting telephone screens and in-person interviews, assessing candidates technical and functional abilities, identifying and matching candidate behavioral traits to department and corporate needs, perform reference and background check and credential verification. Represent the company at local job fair and career workshop

Responsible for full cycle recruitment for a pilot after school Supplemental Education Services Program which included but not limited to: staff hiring, reference/background checks; and processing payroll. Solitced donations, gifts, staff to provide incentives for rewards student participants. Supervised staff of state certified teachers, student’s tutors and peer-mentors, administrative/support staff and volunteers. Conducted an in-depth orientation job training for tutors, mentors and staff. Results: The program was recognized by the State of Louisiana and recommended as a model to start other pilot programs in the State.
