Coordinates grocery sales promotions.Ensures that merchandise is correctly priced and displayed and that shelves are clean and properly maintained.Ability to follow and maintain department standards and requirements.Monitors employee’ productivity and evaluates overall performance.Schedules employees to ensure adequate coverage and service levels.Specific knowledge of duties performed by all department employees. Including but not limited to Opening/Closing duties, Dairy and Frozen.Schedule, supervise, train and assign duties to department employees.Train employees in store policies, sales and record keeping procedures.
