I assist in the daily activities of the program.........................70% Transportation/driving......................................................20% Other duties................................................................10% Assists residents in carrying out Activities of Daily Living: bed-making, laundry, shopping, and budgeting. Accompany residents to appointments and reports back to clinical staff any relevant information concerning the residents or the appointment. Ensure that all residents are accounted for and are appropriately engaged. Assist the clinical staff in carrying out random and routine searches. Assist the clinical staff in obtaining urine samples for drug screening. Assists the clinical staff in medical examinations and appointments. Provides the clinical staff with behavioral feedback on the activities of residents. Ensures that residents attend group and individual sessions.Assists residents with shopping when to do so is of a therapeutic nature. Attends morning devotions with clients and joins in residents’ meeting. Works on a rotational basis to assist with 24 hour coverage of the facility. Manages and oversees maintenance of the facility’s vehicle. Conducts a Drug Test Kit Inventory on a monthly basis. Ensures the environmental safety and security of clients in collaboration with the program’s Safety Officer. Assist with the shopping for program supplies. Transportation/driving Adheres to the rules and regulations of the road/water and keeps the safety of clients and staff foremost. Reports any accident or incident immediately to supervisor and files a police report. Other Duties Adheres to the policies and Procedures of the program in keeping with the Treatment Centers’ established mission, goals and objectives. Attends meetings and participates on committees as directed by the Program Manager or designate.
