I have weathered multiple organizational restructuring events and repeatedly landing on my feet in new roles due to a positive outlook and professional resilience.  ITS Unified Communications Architect – 2013 to presentI accepted a once in a lifetime opportunity when I transitioned from a leadership role and took on responsibility to establish the Unified Communications and Network Operations architecture and support organization for the Halyard Corporation. Halyard Health (now Avanos Medical) was a spinoff of K-C’s health care holdings representing a $1.2B business divestiture. As relocating to Atlanta was a prerequisite for assuming the permanent leadership role, I chose to remain in my present role.
