I was working with JSW as a strategic planner for the Strategic Planning Group. My role was to understand the need of the various departments of JSW with respect to growth, efficiency, optimization and development. I devised strategies to optimize the present resources in order to decrease specific cost of steel, increase plant output and overall capacity utilization of the plant.
