    As part of the ministry team of Livingston United Parish Church, I had particular responsibility for intergenerational worship and faith formation, school chaplaincy and ministry with children. LUPC is Scotland's largest parish (population c. 40,000), a single congregation Local Ecumenical Partnership in membership of four Christian denominations. I led a creative process of change, bringing the Church from six places of worship to one, and establishing a fresh expression in the form of a weekly intergenerational time of worship led by three teams of lay members. I developed the church's online presence, including online worship and virtual retreats. I led regular training and development opportunities in areas including worship, discipleship, intergenerationality, children's spirituality, communications and IT aimed at helping all God's people to discern and use their gifts and calling, enabling the whole church to flourish. I was chaplain to ten primary and three secondary schools plus one Further Education College.I worked with several Kirk Sessions and Presbyteries across Scotland to help them look afresh at aspects of their church life, and have a range of national experience both within the Church of Scotland and ecumenically.
