I am a highly motivated, qualified and dynamic management executive. My 20 years of management experience across 4 different sectors (private, public, high performance sport & education) have provided me with a unique insight into the operating frameworks of many different businesses and sporting organisations.My 14 years in Dublin City Council gave me significant experience in sports & leisure management and project management with projects ranging from multi million euro capital projects, contact management, ICT, organisational change and strategy. Currently an Assistant Principal Officer in the civil service with responsibility for integration and supports within the International Protection Support Services Transition Team. I have a Masters Degree in sports management from UCD having conducted my thesis on international state governance in sport. Additionally, I am a qualified data protection practitioner and member of the Association of Data Protection Officers Ireland. Combining this with my safeguarding 3 and Emergency Medical Technician qualifications.
