Entrusted with spearheading all aspects of the national Coaching & Development programme, among other crucial roles for the association.Principal accountabilities included: • Oversaw all aspects of Coach & Referee Education; course design, resource development, delivery, evaluation, mentoring team of National Coach Developers, submitting annual Coaching budgets.• Revitalised elite player pathways, by developing and coordinating all aspects of the National Handball Academy for top juveniles; logistics, finances, talent identification, etc.• Transformation of GAA Handball’s Schools 1-Wall Initiative which has seen an unprecedented growth of Handball in Irish schools, including the construction of 300+ new courts.• Executed GAA Handball’s Media Plan; liaising with national media outlets, organizing event launches, contact person for all Streaming/TV/Recording projects, overseeing national website maintenance, content publication, manage Social Media operations across all platforms.• Established relationships and development programmes with Local Sport Partnerships.• Worked in conjunction with international GAA Games Development personnel to develop Handball in the growing number of GAA units globally.• Provided professional advice to Clubs on fundraising opportunities, and assisting with applications.• Communicated with Clubs, Schools and Architects on a weekly basis providing best practice infrastructural advice. • Implemented national Women in Handball programme; submitting funding proposals, devising and delivering development programmes for participation, visibility and awareness.• Tournament Director for the Irish Wallball Nationals; the largest international, annual weekend handball tournament, with 400 individual players/teams competing.• Tournament Director for the She’s Ace Festival, the largest female only tournament in handball globally. • Devised and implemented new national development projects
