I work with several key employees to routinely review the reporting procedures from our Injury Management System and to also monitor other internal databases to ensure we are continuing to provide the best possible service to our clients. Part of this involves driving weekly meetings with our Operations team to highlight and problem solve any potential problems and opportunities that are arising both internally amongst our staff, and our externally with our clients. The role also involves partnering with key contact persons at our clients, sometimes travelling interstate to run monthly and quarterly meetings. These meetings often lead to significant opportunities for growth and improvement through guided discussions with key stakeholders, ranging from Plant Managers, HR Managers, OHS, RTW and First Aid. We review current processes and problem solve new processes to ensure we and the client are offering their employees the most safe and effective work environment.This role utilises high-level organisation and communication skills to manage provider schedules in 4 Australian states (VIC, QLD, NSW and TAS) whilst ensuring fairness, integrity and trust is always present for our staff.
