As the owner of Raise the Bar Training Systems, a strength and conditioning facility in Tramore, Co. Waterford, I am on a mission to guide people to become healthier, happier and stronger through coach led training programs.With over four years of experience in running and managing my own business, I have developed skills in leadership, marketing, customer service, and financial management.I am also an Athletic Development Coach, working with the Waterford Development Squads, South East Technological University (SETU) and numerous GAA clubs. I lead and co-lead the strength and conditioning programs, profiling players, designing and delivering training sessions, monitoring and evaluating performance, and providing feedback and guidance. I have a passion for sports and athlete development and hold a M.Sc in Performance Coaching from Setanta College. I have been involved in sport and exercise all my life , and I am a former international level powerlifter.
