The human touch of interactions is what keeps us grounded in an ever technologically driven world. I am a strong believer of human centered design that enhance the user & their experience in a subtle & rewarding way. I have always been motivated by problem solving & practical solution-based design. My average day is built upon hundreds micro human interactions, delivering a personal exchange with an excellent consistent product to create a pleasurable memorable experience to a diverse demographic. Consistency, attention to detail & emphasis on a unique human touch builds a rapport and attracts & retains Customers. Communicating with the customer to provide a satisfactory product & collaborating with diverse team members in a time-sensitive, pressure-based environment to create a productive work environment is something which greatly rewarding & invigorating to me. Talking to people, empathizing with them, conveying ideas & training new members a gratifying part of my professional life. Applying design thinking to created adaptable solutions to everyday problems to a real-world situation has always been a passion of mine & I have a drive to constantly learn new skills. I have helped open and grow several specialty cafes both in Ireland and in Canada. Building Teams, hiring & training multiple staff is a challenging but fulfilling. Developing & managing the websites of Café was an area that really interested me.Taking User’s needs to create a real-world living product is fascinating to me. I qualified in Product Design & UX Design, learning new languages & technical skills, multi tasking, remaining self motivated and managing larger projects in developing a final product. I have designed several websites in my spare time, using visual editing and wireframe prototyping programmes. With a board based, I am currently undertaking studies with Computing with Software Development to gain a component back-end knowledge of Web Development languages.
