Current• Provide excellent customer service and sales support to existing client base. • Accountable for identifying new business opportunities in both the Irish and UK markets by conducting daily phone and internet research.• Maintain an extensive database of both existing and prospective new customers. • Personally charged with a large project to develop a market and geographic territory for a new product line. • Increase company revenues by bringing new customers to the business in addition to up-selling current clients with product line extensions. • Analyze important industry intelligence by staying in regular contact with key clients in relation to market trends. • Leveraging market knowledge while communicating and negotiating with clients to foster stronger relationships.
