• As part of my role as Deveopment Executive I:
• Successfully supported sectoral Development Advisors on more than 20 key end-market opportunity programmes including- Global Sourcing Trade Missions with Irish Ministers, Showcase Ireland and Data Centre inward buyer.
• Engaged in diagnostic meetings with Lifescience, Construction, Cleantech and Consumer client companies exploring 6 areas of their business - Strategy, Finance, Sales&Marketing, Operations, People&Management and.
• Managed the development of an European Union funded Atlantic Area Design Thinking initiative for companies, along side eight partners across Europe.
• Supported the development of Enterprise Ireland's new, Internationally focused Marketing campaign- ‘Irish Advantage’.
• Acted as Project-Coordinator alongside the Project Manager for Showcase Ireland 2019 & 2020.

• Managed and led a team across the organisation to organise the largest Med in Ireland to date with over 100 exhibitors, 300 international senior executives from 42 countries and over 1,200 One-to-One pre-scheduled.
