I joined the Technical Team during a difficult period in June 2020 . As our teams had to adapt to a new advertising climate, I had sufficient experience with our customers and products to move roles from our office to on the road. Working closing with my Managing Director and General Manager I was able to develop role that took coordinating new installations, planning schedules, stock management and network maintenance. This role gave me a great opportunity to upskill working with our lead Audio Visual Technicians and install teams, which allowed me to assist and take on install and IT networking during our busiest times.I was responsible for training the new members of the team and developing their skills and familiarity around products and customers to help expand network maintenance service.

I was accountable for the creation and delivery of digital content for a variety of Accounts including brands such as Heineken, Coors Light, Desperados, SuperValu and The National Gallery of Ireland. Developing and executing Digital out-of-home advertising for targeted market places.My success with the company came from refining and customising exciting new digital technologies for large scale deployment across Ireland and eventually assisting brands expand this technologies over seas. Taking Digital out-of-home advertising to the next level.

I am engaging in an Internship at Focal Media Ltd. who maintain a large number of Digital signage screens throughout Ireland.I have only started working in Adobe AE when I started here but already have learned how to use it. The company have guided me in making my first live sign in my first week! This was a great achievement for me personally and have been given me a steady and fair workload to date.

• To ensure adequate preparation of all activity sessions and off site excursions under the direction of the centre manager.• Motivate students and encourage positive participation in activities on and off campus• Ensure the safety and welfare of all students at all times• Maintain accurate registers of student participation• Assist centre managers with student arrivals and departures• Complete administration for centre as directed by centre manager• Responsible for the return, and good condition, of all equipment used during activity sessions• Responsible for, on average, up to 25 students at any one time for on and off site activities • Each morning responsible for staff room preparation, classroom preparation, and roll call.

This role was based in ATC’s Head Office in Bray, Co. Wicklow• Assisted the Office Manager with various office duties including filing,photocopying, compiling student packs and student information, coveringreception during busy periods and general office duties. This position was apart time role prior to my seasonal position as Activity Leader.
