I serve as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff for You Are A CEO, Inc. As CFO, I oversees the financial operations as well as the corporate legal matters of the company. Prior to joining You Are A CEO, Inc., I served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years, retired as a Captain, and worked in various financial management capacities in Air Force operations, air traffic control, intelligence, and education throughout the Continental United States and Japan. My last assignment was actually the most fulfilling and rewarding because I was able to mentor, train, educate and evaluate officer candidates for commissioning and pilot training into the active Air Force as Second Lieutenants.

Licensed duties include serving as intermediary between sellers and buyers, supervising and training realtors, ensure the realtors meet state licensing requirements and fulfill fiduciary responsibility to clients.

As Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Value-Centered Solutions, Inc. (VCS, Inc.), oversees the financial operations and corporate legal matters of the company. Maintains the direct oversight of accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis, negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing. As a key member of the executive leadership team, supports all strategic and tactical functions as they relate to the development of short and long-term financial objectives.

This includes the direct oversight of accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis, negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing. As a key member of the executive leadership team, supports all strategic and tactical functions as they relate to development of continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

I served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years working in various financial management capacities in Air Force operations, air traffic control, intelligence, and education throughout the Continental United States and Japan. As Deputy Comptroller, he earned the coveted Air Force Financial Officer of the Year award (single-highest comptroller award in the Air Force) for his outstanding leadership in overseeing and executing the largest operational funding program in the United States Air Force. I was responsible for program/budget formulation, management and execution of base operations and maintenance funds, defense working capital funds, and base realignment and closure funds. One of my many accomplishments was the development of integrated accounting and budgeting processes and teams. The first-ever in the Air Force.
