Student Placement for IS Networks & Security. This involved working closely within a team to maintain the University network and be a part of projects to improve and expand the system. I also achieved the highest score in the test after the Load balancer course and received “A10 Certified Engineer for Application Delivery”. I also completed ITIL training provided. Some of the skills I developed are:- Being adaptable as service requests or incidents vary constantly- Independent working; completing daily tasks individually.- Flexible as some projects are required to be completed out of hours.- Communicating with customers whose understanding of technology varied. - Fast learner; was introduced to cisco IOS and was building network switches by the end of the first week.- Ensured that tasks were completed within the timeline set by ITIL guidelines

Counted stock in high street stores.The skills developed from this are:An eye for detail from counting stock correctly. Independent working; counting is done individually. Flexible as the work is scheduled in shifts.
