Managing operation of 100,000 sqft. Warehouse- temperature control store, cold storage (+2c to +8c) & (-18c to -22c) with Oracle WMS, Mobile Racking storage system.  Steering activities of all warehouse & Logistics coordination includes (transport coordination, freight forwarding process, Custom Clearance follow-ups) Inward, Reverse logistics (RMA), order preparation, outward /Dispatch process, for Stock auditing process to maintaining accuracy of stock as per the UAE Law of Drugs & Quality parameters. Reporting to management, through tracking daily Issue – (Stock on hand, GIT, Dispatch reports and audit activities and maintaining MIS reports.  Handling Destruction process, Replenishment & inventory Cycle count independently to maintain Stock accuracy as per quality standards at warehouse. Prepare Schedule for Inward Shipments & coordinate with departments for smooth operations.  Monitoring & planned SOPs for eliminate waste / Damage on receiving & handling of product and take necessary action to prevent. Responsible for making & updating in procedures & Sops related to daily operation for making them easier & safer. Ensured damage less transit of materials during transit by adhering to quality loading processes Coordinate with departments for RMA creation, collection / credit notes generation and submission to accounts for payment and Maintaining records for MOH (ministry of Health) audit.  Inbound Control - Responsible for the inward materials (cross verification with LPO. Invoice) on daily basis.  Managing Excess work load related to Inbound/Outbound during Monthly Promotional Activities.  Maintaining Daily Performance Reports and Inbound/Outbound Tracking for better KPI performances of Staff.

• Work closely with all departments to ensure that recommended stock levels are maintained. • Propose and implement inter store transfers and movement of stock to achieve identified stock balance. • Inventory Management at sales locations: Maintaining proper service levels. Minimize unproductive inventory. Inventory allocation from Plants & mother warehouses, Primary & secondary transportation. • Work with the Merchandise Manager on recommending stock allocations. • Implement stock allocations agreed with the Merchandise manager. • Ensuring on time efficient deliveries in line with our customer requirements • Work very closely with the 3PL provider. • Manage deliveries from factories. • Organize freight and booking in of goods with the warehouse. • Lead on stock takes at warehouses • Reconcile packing lists. • Review supplier performance. • Support the line manager in building an effective team environment.• Participate in all team and interdepartmental meetings where Merchandising needs to be involved.
