He has been in the field of Real Estate for more than 10 years.His concurrent positions include Board of Director of Construction Experts and Outstanding Builders Incorporated (CEO Builders), and Young Urban Property Professionals Incorporated (YUPP Realty and Brokerage). His various related affiliations include, but is not limited to Bohol Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Association (CREBA), National Real Estate Association (NREA), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Organization of Socialized and Economic Housing Developers of the Philippines (OSHDP) where he serves as the President of Bohol Chapter, and Junior Chamber International (JCI Bohol Sandugo) where he currently is the Executive Vice President.He finished his Real Estate Management course in De La Salle - College of St. Benilde, Manila. To strengthen his craft, he completed various capacity building programs pivotal to business directions and operations: Strategic Planning and Operational Planning, Strategic Leadership, Operational and Functional Planning, Business Administration, and Innovative Leadership. He holds a bachelor's degree from Silliman University.
