Actively Seeking Employment Opportunities!I am a people person! I am currently working as a Guest Services Representative for the Cleveland Browns at First Energy Stadium. I absolutely love my job! I assist large corporate parties with meetings and traffic flow within the stadium itself.I worked for PNC Operations Center (formerly National City Bank), and Charter One Bank from 2008- 2017. I was an integral part of the team in the data processing center. My main responsibilities were ensuring that deposit and withdrawal slips were in the appropriate bins and to communicate with bank staff regarding additional assignments as needed. From these responsibilities, I was able to grow into a position with more substantial responsibilities as an Optical Care Recognition Extractor.In this role, I was utilized to retrieve mail from the retail staging area to arrange according to deadlines. I was also in charge of operating the Rapid Extraction Machine to extract live checks, coupons, and correspondences from the mail. This information would then be sorted to be moved to the staging area for further processing. When I was at Charter One bank from 2001 - 2008 I was in charge of sorting and depositing withdrawal slips in the appropriate bins. I would then communicate with bank staff regarding additional assignments as needed.
