Having graduated from Cambrian College with a degree as an Electrical Technician, I embarked on a dynamic career path that led me through the exciting realms of mining and construction.My journey began at Goldcorp, where I entered the mining industry as a labourer. Through dedication and perseverance, I swiftly ascended the ranks, eventually assuming the role of a skilled surface drill operator. Over the span of six years in open pit mining, I honed my expertise, ultimately transitioning into the position of Drill Blast Supervisor at Newmont, formerly known as Goldcorp.After a decade of invaluable experience in mining, I decided to embark on a new adventure in the world of construction. In January 2021, I founded DSR Contracting Inc., initially focusing on small-scale home renovations. However, my passion for excellence and commitment to quality quickly propelled my company into undertaking large-scale commercial and industrial projects.Driven by a vision to empower individuals and businesses alike, I ventured into the realm of employment facilitation by co-founding Northern Labour Supply Services Inc. (NLSS). Through NLSS, we strive to connect talented individuals with promising opportunities, while assisting companies in finding the right workforce to drive their success.Throughout my journey, I've embraced challenges, seized opportunities, and continually sought avenues for growth and innovation.
