In my role as project manager I was responsible and answerable to the Managing Director for the delivery of all major projects in an efficient, cost effective and safe manner. All projects involved many hours of pre-tender consultation with the client to ensure the project layout fulfilled their requirements. The Air Cargo and Bulk Handling projects were all of our design and full turn key projects. On the Incinerator projects we handled all engineering design, manufacture, installation and commissioning.
