CNC Administration duties continued as part of the RAM support team after the iXtend acquisition by Velocity. Worked with Off Shore CNC resources to facilitate around the clock support for clients. Assisted in transitioning existing RAM client to the VTS hosting environment.

CNC activities supporting multiple clients across multiple platforms; Full and Update package assembly/build/deployment, menu/taskview promotions, user provisioning, security and role management, process/procedure documentation, services bounce/restarts, troubleshooting, helpdesk/end user support, worked with MOS to resolve issues as necessary, and weekend On Call duty rotation.

Expanding responsibilities include managing second shift operations processing of daily business activity, updating the OPS schedule and documentation, performing process analysis and improvement along with managing all software licensing and renewals. Also performing all general CNC duties, and managing part time CNC consultant activities. During this time iXtend was engaged for Remote Administration Management of JDE E1 8.12 TR 8.96. became the primary contact and facilitating knowledge transfer during this transition.

Responsible for all aspects of AS400 Administration & troubleshooting, multiple upgrades from V4R3 - V5R4, PTF application, CL scripting, AS400 Scheduler, security, user, disk and performance management. Also responsible for all software resident on the AS400 which included JDE EnterpriseOne, Vertex Sales and Use Tax Q Series, Extol EDI Translator, and BookMaster/IBS Royalty module. Other duties included backup, recovery, monthly Vertex updates, monthly Vertex tax data exports for Indirect Vertex Sales Tax Returns Q Series. Also worked closely with JDE developers to build multiple external interfaces between JDE and the warehouse pick, pack and ship systems, Website Sales transactions, bank PositivePay, credit card processing and book sales royalty processing.Also did cross training for some JDE E1 CNC tasks including project promotion, package assembly, build and deployment for all DV, PY and PD environments, user provisioning, and security/role changes. Plus mixed application user support.

Responsible Vista Book Publishing ERP system and user support while relocating to Colorado Springs and migrating all current and historical data from the DEC VAX/VMS to the IBM AS400 running JDE OneWorld B7332.

Responsible for all aspects of Chariot's Vista Book Publishing ERP system on a DEC VAX/VMS system. Support included VMS administration, CL scripting, backup, recovery, hardware, and network support. Also was responsible for Vista's ERP administration, programming, and support of 20-35 users.

Supported all aspects of AP/AR/GL for the Maxcim Accounting package and its users on DEC VAX/VMS.
