With over 12 years of experience in the retail industry as a District Store Trainer at Dollar Tree and 6 years in the fitness industry, I am a Certified Training General Manager at Planet Fitness/NFP, one of the largest and fastest-growing franchisors and operators of fitness centers in the United States. I have a proven track record of managing the daily operations of a high-performing store, delivering excellent customer service, and training and coaching the associates. I hold a CPR/AED/First Aid certification, as well as two diplomas from Alison in Leadership Management, Operations Management Supervision and Associate Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix My mission is to serve, empower, and motivate the team and the customers to achieve their goals and become a better version of themselves.
