With over 12 years of experience in the retail industry as a District Store Trainer at Dollar Tree and 6 years in the fitness industry, I am a Certified Training General Manager at Planet Fitness/NFP, one of the largest and fastest-growing franchisors and operators of fitness centers in the United States. I have a proven track record of managing the daily operations of a high-performing store, delivering excellent customer service, and training and coaching the associates.
