I have led union craft maintenance workers overseeing 21 units at 5 facilities. During my time there, I have been involved in detailed electrical as well as mechanical projects including overhauls and rewinds. My scope on these projects has included any or all of the following: scheduling work and staffing with both contractors and union maintenance employees, purchasing material, ordering material, determine type of equipment to be purchased, installing equipment, overseeing installation and testing / troubleshooting equipment.Currently, I am working at a start-up hydro facility overseeing operations and daily maintenance. In this position I have been involved with building or revising SOP's, JSA's and Clearances as well as day to day needs.
