Spirituality is word so overused it has lost its true meaning. In their beginnings they were sciences, specifically the science of Being Human. IN recent times they have lost perspective of purpose, with everything from mass marketing to awaiting spaceships to rescue us. Yet in its essence - it is a very pragmatic and practical approach to living life and running a business.Science is validating more spiritual texts than ever suspected by them even. It is validating the true greatness of being a Human Being. Regardless of your role or purpose in life and business, you need a sound foundation of self belief and sense of Self.There are a million coaches out there, teachers, guru's, and the like. It is big business, and it is a good one. It creates the ideal of people being creations of great intelligence and greater creativity to resolve the problems left to us by the dinosaurs of old economic paradigms of companies structured as dictatorships.The days of the elite in a company reaping all the benefits are coming to a stormy close. It is a very evolved worker that now works for these companies, and the old model of socially bred workers is also not a working model for the world any longer.We cannot continue along the lines of competition as our base for work, nor to keep filling the world with products as our sole motivation for getting up in the mornings and going to work.Life is changing - and I heard a great quote the other day " Adapt - or get out " and even though it sounds a bit harsh - it is the truth of most any situation, personal or corporate, but if that doesn't work for you - then innovate.
